About the Role
The Equity & Innovation Growth Manager is a critical role on the CBIA Performance & Effectiveness Team.
You will report to the Brand & Expert Director, responsible for managing our Brand Equity Program (BPS) and Innovation Best Practices & Capability.
On Brand Equity
- Manage the Global BPS program
- Generate enterprise-level insights to strengthen brand decisions
- Work closely with Category and OUs teams to embed these insights
On Innovation
- Develop best practice methodologies and training
- Create meta-learning at enterprise level to support success across your extensive worldwide portfolio

Role Responsibilities
Global Insight Leadership
- Support the Global Brand & Expert Director in identifying insight priorities for brand equity and innovation development in CBIA
Innovation Growth
- Hypothesise, identify, and prioritise projects to enhance Innovation Development (e.g., concepts, claims, volumetric strategies)
- Define and execute rigorous pilot methods for project validation
- Work with agency partners and relevant teams (Category and OUs CBIA) to embed best practice processes
- Scale successful pilots and generate actionable data points to inform future investments

Brand Equity Program Management
- Lead the Global Equity Program, ensuring data quality and coverage
- Partner with external agencies for analysis
- Conduct in-depth analysis of brand equity performance data globally:
- Manage complex datasets
- Identify granular trends
- Prepare executive-ready reports and strategic recommendations
- Ensure project deliverables meet quality and timelines standards
Ad Hoc Project Support
- Lead and manage ad hoc projects collaboratively within the organisation
Knowledge Collaboration
- Be the business partner for Category brand teams in developing and sharing insights to build capability around brand equity and innovation effectiveness
- Work with Category and OUs CBIA Teams to address growth challenges and contribute strategically to the future direction
Process Improvement
- Proactively collect feedback from Global and OU Teams on shared insights to ensure iterations improve relevance and trust
- Manage approved suppliers and negotiate contracts with Procurements
Why You?
Basic Qualifications
- Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations, demonstrating clear business value attached
- Experience in leading multi-country projects and expertise in:
- Quantitative research design
- Business-focused analytics techniques
- Ability to independently manage and execute analytical projects from start to completion, ensuring accuracy, timelines, and global standard adherence
- Experience working in a highly matrixed organisation
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to or experience working with different cultures or in a multi-cultural environment
- Familiarity with statistical software (e.g., SPSS, R, Python) or data visualisation tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
- Prior experience in Consumer Health or FMCG, with a specific focus on brand or innovation analytics
- Self-motivated (a self-starter capable of anticipating challenges, identifying solutions, and driving initiatives forward with minimal supervision)
