Love events? Thrive on organisation? Dream of working on projects across the globe?

If you're the type of person who colour-codes their to-do list, gets a buzz from bringing order to chaos, and secretly enjoys ticking off a perfectly organised checklist, we should probably talk. We're TrendStep – a specialist international events agency delivering conferences, congresses, leadership meetings, incentive trips and summits around the world. One week you could be helping organise a pharmaceutical workshop in Africa, the next supporting a technology conference in Europe or a leadership summit in the Middle East.

No two days are the same, and that's exactly how we like it.

Who are we?

We're a small but mighty team that believes great events don't happen by accident. They happen because talented people genuinely care about every detail. We're collaborative, supportive, ambitious and passionate about what we do. We work hard, celebrate our wins, laugh a lot and believe that the best ideas come from working together.

The Role

As our Event Executive, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of international events from concept through to completion. You'll work closely with our project managers, suppliers and clients to keep projects moving, solve problems before they become problems, and help deliver exceptional experiences for delegates around the world.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
