Job Description
We’re looking for a highly motivated, established, professional to join our Global Exchange Traded Derivatives & Collateral Operations ('GECO') Change Team as an EMEA Change team member. You’ll be responsible for delivering a change book of work impacting GECO processes predominantly driven by non-material Operational Excellence and Business Enablement initiatives. This is a high impact role, working as part of a global change team based in 6 locations and building relationships with technology partners, Business partners and GECO line teams in Chester, London and India to implement a varied portfolio of time critical change. You may also be required to support specific projects driven by business, client and operational priorities for line functions covering Margining, Collateral Management, Clearing, Deliveries (Lifecycle events), Reconciliation and Regulatory Reporting.

Responsibilities
- Managing non-material business enablement and OPEX releases predominantly for EMEA markets.
- Working with impacted parties and stakeholders including GECO teams, GECO BAU SMEs, Technology partners, Front office trading business (Sales, Trading and Agency), Client Money, Transaction Reporting, Compliance, Onboarding / Client Service / Collateral and Exchanges and Industry Forums
- Reviewing request and determining applicability and impact, in partnership with Line SMEs.
- Working with Line SMEs to collate Business Requirement Documents for Technology partners.
- Co-ordinating UAT efforts.
- Providing in region support and SME to ETD Operations line teams on change governance and project tracking.
- Identifying opportunities for Continuous Improvement both within the GECO Change team, and across the broader GECO Operations team if appropriate.
Requirements
- Experience in Exchange Traded Derivatives and / or Collateral Operations with a demonstrable track record of continuous improvement mindset.
- Understanding of Post Trade Execution Product Transaction Life Cycle and processes.
- Proactive communicator, able to establish credibility quickly and build relationships efficiently across peers, other teams both in UK and globally, and senior leaders.
- Analytical and stakeholder engagement skills able to communicate complex messages simply.
- Proven track record of continuous improvement mindset.
- Experience using Horizon and / or Agile Planning platform.
