A leading international law firm is seeking a Global Finance Leader to take ownership of its end-to-end revenue life cycle and drive commercial performance across a global partnership. This is a high-impact leadership role, partnering closely with senior stakeholders to enhance revenue generation, optimise cash collection, and embed financial discipline across multiple jurisdictions.
Your new role
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the global revenue cycle, ensuring consistent processes, governance, and controls
- Driving billing and collections strategy to improve cash flow and reduce lock-up
- Partnering with senior stakeholders to enhance matter profitability and revenue realisation
- Delivering insightful reporting and KPIs to support strategic decision-making
- Strengthening risk management, compliance, and credit control processes
- Optimising systems, data, and technology to improve efficiency and transparency
- Leading and developing an international team, embedding best practice and continuous improvement

What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced revenue or commercial finance leader with a proven track record in a complex, partnership-led or professional services environment.
Key requirements:
- Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent preferred)
- Significant leadership experience in revenue control or finance within a global organisation
- Strong understanding of partner-led business models, billing structures, and client dynamics
- Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive behavioural change
- Deep expertise in revenue optimisation, collections strategy, and financial performance management
- Experience managing international teams and operating across multiple jurisdictions
- Technologically strong, with an interest in data, analytics, and process automation
