Here at ISS as a leading Facilities Management (FM) provider we are looking to recruit a Global Fire Safety Lead to join our flagship Banking Account. Across this contract we deliver full FM services, from Engineering to Catering.
We are looking to develop our Fire Safety delivery across the contract at both UK and Global level, from Europe to India.
Here in this role, you will coordinate the day-to-day service delivery across a global portfolio of client sites. In this role, you will be responsible for developing the contract by building collaborative client and partner relationships, and ensuring impeccable service quality, consistency, and full compliance against both local regulatory and contractual requirements.

The Global Fire Manager will be the ISS technical lead for the quality and assurance of fire risk management activities across the clients estate. You will hold, manage, and develop the relationship with our providers regarding planned and reactive works, including the review and audit of fire compliance processes. You will provide advice and guidance to ISS operational & H&S Teams, including reporting on a frequent basis to all global stakeholders. You will also provide analysis on trends, risk areas and areas of change within legislation, and act as the ISS lead for any fire safety incident investigations.
We need from you:
- A strong core of HSEQ qualification knowledge to Nebosh General as a minimum plus specialist credentials in Fire Safety, ie NEBOSH Certificate in Fire Safety
- Or Level 3 Certificate in Fire Safety/Fire Risk Assessment
