GLOBAL GOVERNANCE, INVESTIGATIONS & ASSURANCE LEAD

Interim Assignment | Outside IR35 | Remote with Occasional Travel

August - September start 6 - 12 months assignment

About the Role

Help shape a global governance and investigations framework.

We're delighted to be partnering exclusively with a large international B2C, multi-site organisation on a newly created interim appointment supporting a significant global governance transformation programme.

Operating across multiple countries, the organisation is seeking an experienced governance professional to lead the design and implementation of a global framework for managing operational incidents, safeguarding concerns, investigations, reporting, escalation and organisational learning.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape how operational incidents are governed across a complex international organisation, ensuring consistent global standards while recognising regional legislation, cultural differences and operational requirements.

Given the international scope of this assignment, we're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have successfully designed and implemented governance, investigations, safeguarding, compliance or assurance frameworks across multiple countries and jurisdictions.

This is a strategic transformation role focused on designing governance frameworks, policies and best practice—not managing day-to-day operational incidents.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
