Role Overview
As the Global Head - BIDS, you will step into a strategic leadership role overseeing the end-to-end global bid management function. Leading a high-performing team of bid professionals and coordinators, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional executive stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Legal, Finance) to govern, design, and deliver high-quality, compliant, and winning proposals for complex, large-scale government and enterprise tenders worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Bid Direction: Oversee the end-to-end global lifecycle for high-value RFPs, RFIs, solution pitches, and win strategies.
- Commercials & Pricing: Qualify pipeline opportunities and drive critical pricing and commercial decisions.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and scale a high-performing team of global bid managers and coordinators.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Bridge gaps across Sales, Delivery, Legal, and Finance to ensure compliant, winning bids.
- Process & Tech Excellence: Continuously optimize bid processes, CRM platforms, and Knowledge Management (KM) repositories.

Requirements
- 17+ years of experience in global end-to-end bid management.
- Deep understanding of Bid management strategies.
- Strong experience in complex global government end-to-end bid management.
- Leadership experience & win strategy development.
- English language mandatory.
