Location: London, UK | Amsterdam, Netherlands | Dubai, UAE | NYC, USA
Reports to: CEO / Founder
Salary: £35,000–£45,000 (or local equivalent, depending on market)

The Opportunity
The Global Head of Content & Talent is responsible for defining, protecting and evolving the quality of the SANCTUM experience worldwide.
This role owns Sanctum's global content strategy, Guide development philosophy and Academy, ensuring every experience delivers the same exceptional quality while creating the systems required to scale internationally.
Working closely with Operations and the Leadership Team, you will oversee our global Guide community while designing the education, certification and quality assurance frameworks that will support the next stage of Sanctum's growth.
This is both an operational leadership role and a strategic build role.
Approximately 60% of your time will focus on supporting today's global Guide community and Academy, while 40% will be dedicated to building the systems, certification models and education platform that will enable Sanctum to scale over the coming years.
Key Responsibilities
Global Content Strategy
Own the evolution and consistency of the SANCTUM experience worldwide.
Responsibilities include:
- Leading the development of new class content and programming
- Driving ongoing innovation within the Sanctum methodology
- Defining and maintaining global teaching standards
- Managing Guide communications relating to content updates
- Coordinating the rollout of new content across markets
- Ensuring every experience reflects the Sanctum brand and methodology
- Collaborating with the Leadership Team to evolve the product offering

Sanctum Academy & Education
Lead the strategic direction and long-term development of the Sanctum Academy.
Current responsibilities include:
- Academy curriculum
- Certification standards
- Training frameworks
- Assessment processes
- Academy planning and delivery
- Ongoing Guide education
Future responsibilities include:
- Building a scalable education platform
- Developing accredited training programmes
- Creating relationships with education and accreditation partners
- Designing paid certification pathways
- Positioning the Academy as both an internal training function and a future revenue stream
Global Guide Performance & Leadership
Develop a world-class global Guide community.
Responsibilities include:
- Performance reviews
- Coaching and development
- Career planning
- Guide wellbeing and engagement
- Performance management
- Succession planning
- Building a strong culture of excellence and accountability
Master Guide Leadership
Lead and develop Sanctum's global Master Guide community.
Responsibilities include:
- Coaching and mentoring
- Professional development
- Performance management
- International deployment planning
- Personal brand development
- Cross-market collaboration
- Supporting Master Guides as ambassadors of the SANCTUM brand
Talent Planning & Workforce Strategy
Partner closely with Operations to ensure the right talent is available across every market.
Responsibilities include:
- Global Guide capacity planning
- Recruitment forecasting
- Workforce planning
- Succession planning
- Guide pipeline development
- Resource planning across B2B and B2C experiences
- Advising Operations on future talent needs
