The Role
We are seeking an experienced and commercially driven Global Head of Digital Marketing to lead Capco's global digital marketing strategy, technology, and performance. Based in London, this senior leadership role is responsible for defining and delivering best-in-class digital marketing programmes that strengthen Capco's brand, drive measurable business growth, and create exceptional digital experiences across our global markets.
Working closely with senior marketing leaders, regional stakeholders, technology teams, and executive leadership, you will shape the future of Capco's digital ecosystem, ensuring our platforms, channels, and technologies support our commercial ambitions while delivering seamless, data-driven customer journeys.
This role combines strategic leadership with deep technical expertise, requiring someone who can confidently lead global digital transformation initiatives, optimise marketing technology investments, and build high-performing international teams in a fast-paced consulting environment.
What You'll Do
- Define and execute Capco's global digital marketing strategy, aligning digital programmes with business objectives and long-term growth priorities.
- Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of integrated digital marketing campaigns across owned, earned, and paid channels, delivering measurable pipeline and revenue impact.
- Own Capco's global digital ecosystem, ensuring websites, marketing automation, social media, analytics, and digital experience platforms operate effectively and evolve to meet changing business needs.
- Develop and optimise customer journeys across digital touchpoints, using data, analytics, experimentation, and personalisation to improve engagement and conversion.
- Lead global paid media strategy across search, social, display, and emerging channels, maximising performance through continual optimisation and ROI measurement.
- Provide strategic leadership for marketing technology, including platform procurement, implementation, integration, governance, migration, and ongoing optimisation.
- Partner with IT, Data, Security, and external vendors to ensure digital platforms remain secure, scalable, compliant, and aligned with enterprise architecture.
- Ensure all digital marketing activity complies with applicable global and regional regulatory, privacy, accessibility, and governance requirements.
- Build and lead a high-performing global digital marketing team, developing capability across multiple regions while fostering collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners, ensuring delivery excellence, commercial value, and innovation across all engagements.
- Partner with senior business leaders and executive stakeholders to deliver strategic digital initiatives, including executive communications and leadership visibility programmes where required.
- Establish digital marketing KPIs, reporting frameworks, and performance dashboards, using insights to continuously optimise investment and business outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with regional marketing teams to balance global consistency with local market relevance and execution.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
- 12+ years' experience leading digital marketing within professional services, management consulting, financial services, insurance, fintech, or related industries.
- Proven success developing and delivering enterprise-scale digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, client engagement, pipeline growth, and commercial performance.
- Advanced technical expertise across digital marketing platforms, website technologies, marketing automation, analytics, paid media, CRM integrations, and digital experience platforms.
- Demonstrable experience leading global digital marketing teams across multiple countries or regions, with strong people leadership and coaching capabilities.
- Extensive experience managing complex marketing technology procurement, implementation, migration, and optimisation programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior executives and collaborate across marketing, technology, and business leadership teams.
- Excellent analytical capability with experience translating marketing data into actionable business insights.
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
Technical Expertise
- Strong experience across enterprise digital marketing platforms and technologies, including:
- Sitecore, Adobe Experience Manager (desirable)
- Enterprise CMS platforms
- HubSpot
- Oktopost
- Sprout Social
- Google Analytics and digital analytics platforms
- Marketing automation technologies
- Paid search and paid social advertising platforms
- Major social media platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, and emerging channels
- Experience integrating digital platforms with CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and enterprise technology ecosystems is highly desirable.

- Experience leading digital transformation within a global consulting or professional services organisation.
- Strong understanding of SEO and GEO website performance optimisation, and digital experience management.
- Knowledge of AI-powered marketing technologies, automation, and emerging digital capabilities.
- Experience working within complex global matrix organisations.
- Familiarity with enterprise accessibility standards (including WCAG), GDPR, regional privacy regulations, and international digital compliance requirements.
