Agency : Havas Media Group Job Description : We are seeking a Global Head of Media Effectiveness to lead the approach and application of media effectiveness at Havas Media Network, defining the frameworks and ways of working that prove and improve the value of media for clients. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, data, analytics, and planning. This role will lead the development of robust measurement frameworks, test-and-learn programmes, and overall effectiveness positioning at HMN that clearly articulates the value of media and marketing investment across our diverse client portfolio. Critically this work will also serve as the platform to improve cross-selling of our CSA advanced analytics capabilities to clients. Key Responsibilities 1) Effectiveness Leadership Define, own and evolve HMN’s effectiveness philosophy, frameworks, and methodologies for measuring marketing, campaign and channel effectiveness in collaboration with CSA. Champion a culture of continuous improvement, experiment-based learning, and evidence-led planning across all global client teams. Represent the agency’s effectiveness POV internally and externally (e.g., pitches, industry councils, awards case studies and jury representation). Develop training programmes to elevate data literacy and effectiveness thinking across the wider agency network alongside the Global CSA team. 2) Client & Commercial Impact Work closely with client leadership, strategists and planners to set measurable objectives and define KPIs aligned to client specific business outcomes, not just media outputs. Develop compelling narratives and Board level effectiveness stories that clearly connect media investment to real business impact for our global clients. Work collaboratively with CSA to drive revenue on clients via new scopes of work including MMM, MTA, brand lift, attribution, incrementality testing, and bespoke analytics. Be the Measurement and Effectiveness lead on global pitches, involved in the process from RFI, through local market quality control to client pitch presentations. 3) Data, Tools & Methodologies Define the business needs for the measurement and effectiveness product roadmap alongside the Head of CSA and in collaboration with the Converged.AI Product team. Ensure planning teams are using best-practice measurement approaches and pre-/post-campaign evaluation frameworks for global clients. Guide the integration of 1P data, digital signals, and offline performance data into holistic evaluation models that support clients’ own long term data strategies. Experience & Skills Required Proven experience in a senior effectiveness, measurement, data strategy or econometrics leadership role within a media agency, marketing consultancy, or client-side marketing analytics function. Strong understanding of brand-building, demand creation, and performance marketing measurement. Hands-on familiarity with effectiveness approaches such as: Econometrics / MMM Marketing attribution Incrementality testing / test & control Brand tracking / behavioural research Business KPI modelling Ability to translate complex analysis into clear and persuasive commercial narratives for senior stakeholders. Confident presenting to C-suite level clients and influencing strategic decisions. Experience managing and developing teams of specialists.
