We are partnering with a high-growth, international business undergoing significant expansion across its global logistics and supply chain network.

This is a senior, high-impact Finance Business Partner role, operating at the intersection of finance, operations, and supply chain strategy with full exposure to international markets and complex logistics infrastructure.

This role sits at the core of a rapidly scaling global logistics function, supporting performance across warehousing, transportation, and last-mile delivery operations.

You will act as a trusted partner to senior operational and supply chain leadership, driving financial performance, influencing strategic decision-making, and enabling scalable, profitable growth across multiple regions.

Key Responsibilities will include: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis across international logistics operations, with full ownership of cost, margin, and KPI delivery Partner closely with supply chain, operations, and regional leadership teams to drive commercial decision-making and operational efficiency Build and embed robust KPI frameworks across logistics (warehousing, line haul, last-mile), identifying performance improvement opportunities Deliver detailed cost analysis and profitability insights, driving tangible cost optimisation and margin enhancement initiatives Support strategic investment decisions, including warehouse expansion, network design, and infrastructure projects through detailed financial modelling and ROI analysis

Essential experience: Strong track record in Finance Business Partnering within logistics, supply chain, or transportation environments Experience supporting large-scale, multi-site or international operations Deep understanding of logistics cost drivers (warehousing, freight, fulfilment, last mile) and operational KPIs Proven ability to influence senior non-finance stakeholders and drive performance in a fast-moving environment Experience with investment appraisal, network modelling, or operational finance in a capital-intensive environment Comfortable operating in a hands-on, data-driven role alongside strategic leadership responsibilities
