About The Job
Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive revenue growth through the commercialization and expansion of GLFX products across the global buy-side client base. This individual will lead a high-performing product sales organization focused on deepening client engagement, increasing product adoption, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.
The role requires a strong understanding of FX markets and buy-side workflows, combined with the leadership capability to operate effectively across a global, matrixed organization. The ideal candidate will bring a disciplined approach to revenue execution and a proven ability to translate product capabilities into sustained client value.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Deep experience developing and executing revenue strategies within FX and electronic trading environments
- Strong ability to expand wallet share across existing client relationships through targeted product positioning and commercialization
- Expertise in FX trading platforms, workflow solutions, and data-driven product offerings
- Proven success leading sales teams with accountability for revenue delivery
- Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills across Product, Technology, and Coverage organizations
- Exceptional commercial judgment and ability to manage complex, high-value client engagements

As Global Head of GLFX Buy-Side Product Sales, you will play a key role in driving product adoption, increasing client retention, and maximizing revenue across the existing client base. Your leadership will ensure that GLFX continues to strengthen its competitive position and fully capitalize on market opportunities.

This position reports directly to the Commercial Lead, GLFX and is a core member of the GLFX leadership team.
What You Will Be Responsible For
Commercial Leadership
- Lead and develop a global product sales organization aligned to GLFX commercial priorities
- Establish a clear operating model with defined accountability for revenue delivery and product adoption
- Drive a high-performance culture focused on execution, accountability, and collaboration
Revenue Delivery & Commercial Strategy
- Own global revenue performance for GLFX buy-side product sales, with primary focus on existing client growth and retention
- Define and execute a consistent global commercialization strategy aligned with business priorities
- Implement disciplined strategic client planning to drive measurable revenue outcomes across key accounts
- Partner with GlobalLINK coverage and client acquisition teams to support broader client growth initiatives
Product Commercialization
- Lead global commercialization of GLFX products, ensuring effective positioning, pricing alignment, and client adoption
- Partner with Product and Strategy teams to align commercial priorities with the product roadmap
- Drive adoption of new capabilities and accelerate time-to-revenue across the installed client base
- Maintain clear accountability for product penetration and revenue realization
Client Engagement & Growth
- Build and maintain senior relationships across strategic buy-side clients
- Drive account-level growth through cross-sell, upsell, and workflow expansion initiatives
- Act as escalation point for complex commercial or client-related issues
- Ensure consistent, high-quality engagement across regions
Industry Leadership
- Represent GLFX at industry forums, conferences, and client engagements
- Monitor market trends and competitive dynamics to inform commercial strategy and positioning
Risk & Governance
- Ensure all commercial activities align with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Promote a culture of risk excellence, transparency, and accountability
- Maintain effective governance and escalation practices globally

Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Extensive experience in FX markets and electronic trading platforms
- Demonstrated success driving commercial outcomes within a global financial services environment
