Global Head of Multi-Asset Class Trading, Senior Manager Director
Who We Are Looking For
The Senior Managing Director, Global Head of Multi-Asset Class Trading is a pivotal role within State Street Markets to drive product, revenue and efficiency across our current and future capabilities. The current business mix is comprised of captive agency multi-asset class trading businesses servicing asset managers and asset owners located in multiple jurisdictions. Asset classes covered currently include global equities, global fixed income, global exchange trader derivatives and foreign exchange. This highly visible role will serve as the focal point of Markets Broker Dealer trade execution engine.
This successful applicant will report directly to the Global Head of Portfolio Solutions.

What You Will Be Responsible For
As the Global Head of Multi Asset Class Trading, you will be responsible for:
Management of existing trading personnel across 7 trading desks located in Toronto, New York, Boston, London, Frankfurt, Hong Kong and Sydney Evolving the roadmap for the electronic trading business including algorithmic execution strategies, smart order routers and liquidity sourcing across multiple jurisdictions Overseeing the development and optimization of electronic platforms, ensuring high performance technology, market microstructure expertise and competitive advantage Create roadmap to support growth for servicing partnered trading clients Partner with sales and financing teams on go to market strategy for holistic multi-asset class trading capabilities Collaborate with product and technology teams to enhance workflow tools, data and analytics capabilities. Maintain strict compliance with global regulatory requirements

Education & Preferred Qualifications & Skills
Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior trading/management roles with deep expertise in sell side global electronic trading infrastructure/offerings and strong familiarity with prime brokerage workflows Proficiency in trading platforms, high performance technology and data driven analysis Proven ability to lead diverse global teams, manage cross functional projects and communicate technical concepts to stakeholders Undergraduate degree required with preference of advanced degree/designations FINRA Series 3, 7, 24, 57, 63 registrations

Salary Range
$300,000 - $337,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
