We Are Hiring
We are currently looking for a Global Head of Offering Development – Lifecycle Management to join IQVIA.
Commercial Brand Outsourcing or Lifecycle management represents a significant share of sales across launch and established brand portfolios of pharmaceutical companies that can be deprioritized, with potential revenue and profit growth remaining untapped.
In this role, you will define and evolve market-leading offerings in partnership with key stakeholders, ensuring strong competitive differentiation and alignment with client needs.
You will collaborate closely across business units to translate technical capabilities into compelling client solutions, support business development activities, and provide best-practice guidance throughout the sales cycle. Acting as a central connector across IQVIA’s expertise, you will help shape best-in-class solutions and contribute to successfully closing strategic business opportunities.
Essential Functions
- Partner with key IQVIA stakeholders and external partners to develop competitive, differentiated lifecycle management offerings, addressing prioritized market opportunities and portfolio gaps.
- Conduct marketplace and competitive analysis to identify trends and quantify high-value growth opportunities, particularly across established and mature brands.
- Collaborate across IQVIA service lines to design and promote integrated, multi-capability solutions, strengthening strategic and commercial linkages across the organization.
- Maintain an advanced understanding of IQVIA’s service offerings and provide subject matter expertise and best practice guidance throughout the sales cycle.
- Support business development activities by contributing to RFPs, RFIs, and proposal defense meetings, helping translate capabilities into compelling client value propositions.
- Develop target market insights, strategic analyses, and client-ready materials to support engagement and commercial success.
- Contribute to the development of marketing materials and campaigns that effectively position and differentiate offerings in the marketplace.
- Provide strategic input into business unit planning, including identification of growth opportunities and market priorities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders across a global, matrixed organization, enabling effective solution development and delivery.
- Lead and manage team members in line with organizational policies, including work allocation, performance management, coaching, and professional development, while addressing employee relations as needed.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the Commercial Brands Outsourcing (CO) Strategy and Offering Initiative across IQVIA Global Commercial Solutions, ensuring alignment with our go to market colleagues, regional strategies and business priorities to shape the overall direction and deliver against plan.
- Coordinate with regional teams to identify, assess, and activate opportunities for established brands, leveraging local insights and capabilities.
- Act as a commercial expert, defining and sharing best practices for commercial terms while managing enterprise risk.
- Serve as a solution and subject matter expert for clients, supporting business development teams throughout RFIs, RFPs, and client engagements.
- Develop and continuously evolve the global CO offering, ensuring alignment with client needs and IQVIA’s broader commercial strategy.
- Identify and enable channel and capability partnerships to enhance solution delivery and scalability.
- Manage key internal and external stakeholders, fostering alignment, engagement, and accountability across functions and geographies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced business/scientific qualification preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 12–15+ years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, consulting, or agency environment, including at least 4 years of senior leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of the biopharmaceutical industry, including commercial models, portfolio strategy, and lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated experience in offering development, commercial strategy, or portfolio/brand strategy, ideally including established or mature brands.
- Proven track record of working in global, matrixed, multi-regional organizations, delivering complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, presentation, and stakeholder influencing skills.
- Strong ability to influence senior stakeholders both internally and externally.
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate market trends into actionable business opportunities.
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities and changing timelines.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities, with the ability to develop clear recommendations.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and project management skills.
- High level of resilience and stress tolerance, with a collaborative and team-oriented approach.
- Experience in people management, including coaching, development, and handling complex employee scenarios.
- Strong attention to detail while maintaining a big-picture strategic perspective.
- Proficiency in MS Office and standard business tools.
