About the Role
We are seeking a Global Head of Offering Development – Lifecycle Management to lead IQVIA’s Commercial Brand Outsourcing (CBO) and Lifecycle Management strategy.
Lifecycle Management for established brands presents a significant yet often underserved market opportunity, where unfulfilled revenue and profit growth remain untapped. In this role, you will:
- Define and evolve market-leading offerings in close collaboration with internal/external stakeholders.
- Ensure strong competitive differentiation and seamless alignment with client business needs.
- Act as an internal bridge, translating IQVIA’s technical and commercial capabilities into compelling solutions.
- Drive best-practice guidance throughout the sales cycle and contribute to strategic sales pipeline growth.
This position will advance IQVIA’s mission through innovation, revenue enhancement, and sustained market leadership in commercial lifecycle strategies.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Offering Development
- Partner with IQVIA stakeholders and external partners to develop and position competitive, data-driven lifecycle management offerings, addressing key portfolio gaps and market opportunities.
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, identify emerging trends, and quantify growth potential in established/mature brand portfolios.
- Collaborate across IQVIA business units to design integrated solutions, leveraging multi-capability assets for stronger strategic and commercial alignment.
- Advise internal teams on go-to-market strategy, RFPs (Request for Proposals), RFIs (Request for Information), and proposal defense engagements.
- Develop market insights, strategic analyses, and client-ready materials to support commercial engagement.
- Shape marketing campaigns to effectively differentiate IQVIA’s lifecycle solutions in the competitive industry landscape.

Global & Strategic Execution
- Lead the Commercial Brands Outsourcing (CBO) Strategy and Offering Initiative globally, aligning with regional teams, commercial strategy, and business objectives.
- Collaborate with regional counterparts to identify, assess, and implement opportunities for established brand portfolios.
- Define best practices in commercial terms and manage enterprise risk while working with clients.
- Serve as a οί-"solution expert", providing subject-matter expertise during client negotiations, RFIs, RFPs, and engagement discussions.
- Ensure the global CBO offering remains client-centric, future-ready, and synchronized with IQVIA’s commercial strategy.
- Partner with channels and capabilities teams to enhance solution delivery scalability.
Stakeholder & Leadership Management
- Lead and manage global, matrixed relationships across internal teams to ensure collaborative, accountable delivery.
- Guide team performance, allocation of resources, coaching, employees matters, and professional development.
Qualifications & Experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree (required).
- MBA or advanced business/scientific qualification preferred, or equivalent years of work experience.

Experience & Expertise
- 12–15+ years in pharmaceuticals, biopharmaceutical, consulting, or agency environments.
- At least 4+ years of senior leadership experience.
- In-depth knowledge of commercial lifecycle, portfolio strategy, and biopharmaceutical business models.
- Proven expertise in offering development, commercial strategy, or brand/market strategy, particularly for established/mature portfolios.
- Experience working in global, multi-regional organizations, executing complex cross-functional projects.

- Exceptional leadership skills, demonstrating the ability to drive teams, influence stakeholders, and navigate ambiguity.
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making ability.
- Demonstrated track record of translating healthcare trends into actionable business insights.
- Strategic mindset with agility in fast-paced, dynamic environments.
- High resilience, adaptability, and team orientation.
- People management experience, including mentoring and handling employee relations.
Technical & Administrative Skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and additional business intelligence/collaboration tools.
- Ability to balance detail-oriented execution with strategic oversight.
