We are looking for a Global Head of Partnerships to lead and scale our partnerships function.
This is a high-impact, commercially driven role with full ownership of partner activation, retention, and revenue growth. You will operate as a senior individual contributor, working closely with product, marketing, and dealing teams to drive partner performance and expand our global partnerships footprint.
You will play a key role in strengthening our partnerships function by driving strategic growth initiatives, expanding our global partner network, and building high-quality, long-term commercial relationships across IBs, affiliates, and institutional partners.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own and grow a global portfolio of IBs, affiliates, and strategic partners, with accountability for partner performance across deposits, trading volume, and overall activity
- Identify and execute growth opportunities across existing partners, while actively managing underperforming and dormant accounts
- Source, onboard, and activate new partners, owning the full lifecycle through to first deposit and sustained trading activity
- Advise partners on positioning, growth strategies, and client acquisition approaches
- Provide structured feedback to internal product and commercial teams based on partner needs and market insights
- Track and optimise partner performance across key metrics (FTDs, volume, retention), prioritising high-impact opportunities
- Maintain accurate pipeline and partner data within CRM systems
- Collaborate closely with Marketing on partner-led campaigns and initiatives
- Align with Dealing, Risk, and Finance to ensure quality of flow and long-term sustainability
- Proactively manage and resolve partner-related issues to enhance overall partner experience

Requirements
- 5+ years' experience in FX/CFD partnerships, IB, or affiliate management
- Strong understanding of IB models, rebates, spreads, and trading economics
- Proven track record of growing partner revenue or trading volume
- Commercial mindset with the ability to manage and prioritise a partner portfolio
- Comfortable working with performance data and metrics
- Ability to operate independently in a senior individual contributor role
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
