Global Head of Performance & Reward (Part-Time Job Share)
BIE, on behalf of a high-growth, international business entering a phase of transformation and strategic growth, seek a Global Head of Performance & Reward to co-lead this pivotal role on a part-time (job-share) basis.
About the Role

- Co-lead the global Reward function, steering compensation, and performance strategies.
- Oversee Remuneration and Executive Compensation (Remco), shaping annual bonus plans, long-term incentives, and retention policies.
- Collaborate with the Board and senior stakeholders to align compensation strategy with business objectives.
- Take a leading role in the annual Reward cycle, including:
- Performance and compensation reviews.
- Benefits renewals.
- Compliance, reporting, and audit adherence.
- Support international mobility frameworks and contribute to strategic initiatives, including pay transparency and job architecture.

This is an opportunity for an experienced Reward leader who excels in executive-level engagement, balances strategic oversight with hands-on execution, and thrives in complex international environments.
Work Arrangement
- Working model: Part-time job share, working 2.5 days per week.
- Schedule: Hybrid (business location).
- Regular office attendance: Berkshire office required.
