Global Head of Product Management

Global Head of Product Management – Enterprise Solutions

Role Overview

We’re hiring a Global Head of Product Management – Enterprise Solutions.

You will shape the enterprise backbone of Genus, leading the product strategy for our ERP, CRM, and HR platforms. Partnering with business leaders in Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and HR, you’ll improve operations across 70+ countries.

Your focus will be on performance and experience: reducing user friction, boosting process efficiency, strengthening governance, and accelerating value delivery. You’ll ensure our enterprise data remains consistent, reliable, and AI-ready, providing a foundation for analytics and automation.

The role will also see you aligning closely with the IT leadership team, with regular interactions with the Group CFO, divisional leadership, and functional heads.

Why This Role?

  • Board-level impact – Your priorities align directly with Genus’s strategic ambition in finance, HR, and core divisional growth.
  • Global scale with tangible influence – While operating across 70+ countries, a strong leader here can drive meaningful, visible change.
  • Purpose with substance – Your work will support a business critical to food security and sustainability, ensuring it runs more effectively daily.

What You’ll Lead

Core Responsibilities

You’ll be accountable for shaping the product strategy of our enterprise ecosystem and driving outcomes through platform-led transformation. Specifically, you’ll:

  • Define the vision and roadmap for our enterprise solutions (ERP, CRM, HR, and related platforms), ensuring every major investment delivers measurable results.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, Procurement, and HR leaders, standardising processes globally where necessary but also adapting for local needs.
  • Lead cross-functional product teams (SMEs, product managers, analysts, developers, testers, and change specialists) to deliver end-to-end improvements – from initial concept through deployment and adoption.
  • Elevate the digital employee experience: reducing system fragmentation, simplifying workflows, improving guidance, and eliminating redundant data entry.
  • Transform transactions into AI-ready insights: standardise processes and data models, improve data quality, and align enterprise platforms with Genus’s unified data and analytics strategy.
  • Support Genus’s key transformation initiatives, leveraging reliable processes and cutting-edge technology for sustained progress.
  • Reduce application complexity: phase out Legacy systems, customisations, and inefficient integrations to enhance scalability and supportability.
  • Define and track key performance metrics (process efficiency, errors, working capital, cost-to-serve, user adoption, and system stability) to ensure continuous improvement.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Requirements

This is a senior leadership position requiring proven expertise in scaling enterprise systems. We’re looking for candidates who:

  • Can demonstrate a track record of large-scale change, particularly in Finance, Supply Chain, Commercial, and/or HR, with tangible improvements in both process performance and user experience.

  • Think strategically about process alignment, data integrity, risk management, and technology start/stop decisions, using metrics to prioritise effectively.

  • Bring a structured and calm yet decisive approach – transforming uncertainty into clear roadmaps and helping teams focus under pressure.

  • Are confident communicating at senior levels, able to explain complex tech/process decisions to executives and balance stakeholder expectations diplomatically.

  • Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or agri/food sectors is advantageous but not essential. What matters is your ability to drive transformational change for large-scale organisations.
