About the Role

  • Lead a global team of Account Directors (Enterprise) across multiple regions delivering in excess of £50m ARR
  • Oversee a substantial portfolio of £1m+ spending customers
  • Define and execute a best-in-class account management strategy focused on retention, expansion and long-term customer value
  • Drive improvements in NRR through structured upsell, cross-sell and strategic account planning
  • Lead customer transition initiatives to next-generation platforms and solutions
  • Build a high-performance culture with clear KPIs, forecasting discipline and accountability
  • Act as a senior escalation point for complex, high-value accounts
  • Partner cross-functionally with sales, product and leadership teams to align on global customer strategies
  • Engage regularly with C-suite stakeholders across enterprise clients
  • Highly visible role with frequent international travel

Your Previous Experience

  • 5+ years’ experience leading account management teams within an enterprise software environment
  • Strong track record of driving retention, reducing churn and increasing NRR
  • Experience working with complex platforms and managing large, global organizations with multi-stakeholder environments
  • Commercially driven leader with the ability to balance strategy and hands-on execution
  • Skilled at building and scaling high-performing teams, including coaching, hiring and process optimisation
  • Exceptional stakeholder management skills, with confidence engaging at C-suite and board level
  • Data-driven mindset with strong forecasting, reporting and pipeline management experience
  • Comfortable operating in fast-evolving, global environment with regular international travel

Package

  • £140,000 – £170,000 base salary DOE
  • 50% OTE
  • Location: London/Hybrid
  • Frequent global travel (25% of time)
