Role Overview
The Global Head of Transition Management Sales is a new, senior distribution leadership role within the Client Business Organization (CBO). This highly visible position is responsible for defining, executing, and scaling the global TM sales strategy across regions.
The role requires a seasoned sales leader to drive revenue growth, build and lead a global sales team, and activate the firm’s broader distribution platform to capture market opportunities in Transition Management. There will also be an element of direct sales responsibilities while the team is being built out.

Key Responsibilities
- Define and execute the global Transition Management sales strategy
- Own and deliver on global revenue targets
- Build out, develop and lead a multi-regional sales team
- Act as primary interface with global Client Coverage Group for all things TM-related
- Drive alignment with client coverage teams to originate new opportunities
- Partner across Investment Management and Global Markets
- Implement sales governance, reporting, and pipeline discipline

Key Qualifications
- 15+ years of institutional sales or distribution experience and ability to build and maintain client relationships with key decision makers
- Proven track record of leading global sales teams
- Strong understanding of institutional clients and trading/portfolio solutions
- Experience across Investment Management and/or Markets environments
- Ability to communicate feedback from clients and prospects back into the overall organization to improve delivery of solutions and improve the overall client experience
Education & Preferred Qualifications
- Undergraduate degree required with preference
- Minimum of 10 years experience in sales/sales management capacities
- CFA designation preferred but not required
- FCA Registration
- Familiarity with Salesforce CRM software package
