Global Immigration Associate (AI-First)

Centuro Global simplifies business travel and immigration with expert legal support and award-winning technology. Leading companies in over 170 countries choose us over legacy providers for our speed, transparency, and ability to handle complex requirements. 🌍 ✈️ About the role: We are hiring a candidate who is a strong thinker with the potential to pick things up instantly and the ability to work at top speed. At Centuro Global, we operate at the intersection of global immigration & workforce mobility. We are building the first Technology & AI platform in this field to disrupt the market. We are developing a team of high-performance operators who can think commercially, move fast, use technology to outperform others and own outcomes, not tasks. This role is designed for someone early in their career who wants to accelerate faster than their peers and operate at a level typically expected years ahead. ⚡ What you’ll be doing: You will not be “supporting”; you will be owning and driving. Managing and responding to global clients with speed and clarity Leading client communication (not reacting to it) Identifying commercial opportunities (scope, pricing, upsell) Solving complex, cross-border problems with structured thinking Supporting with projects Using AI tools to improve speed, quality, and output Anticipating risks and preventing issues before they escalate Working across time zones in a global environment What we’re looking for: We are intentionally selective. You might be: An MBA graduate or top-tier graduate with strong academic performance Someone who naturally communicates with clarity, confidence, and structure Highly organised with strong attention to detail Naturally curious and always looking for better ways to do things But more importantly: You: Think in solutions, not problems Are commercially aware (or eager to develop it quickly) Are comfortable using AI tools daily to enhance your work Move fast and don’t hide behind “being busy” Take ownership without waiting to be told Are future-focused, not process-bound What will make you stand out: You already use tools like ChatGPT, Notion AI, automation tools, etc. You’ve improved a process using technology or AI You communicate clearly and concisely — no fluff You’ve demonstrated initiative beyond your role or studies You are comfortable operating in ambiguity What this role is NOT: It is not a 9–5, task-based role It is not for someone who needs constant direction It is not for someone who avoids responsibility or pressure What you’ll gain: Exposure to global business operations across 100+ countries Rapid progression based on performance, not tenure Direct involvement in commercial decision-making The opportunity to become a client owner early in your career A high-performance environment that will accelerate your growth We offer a competitive starting salary as well as private medical insurance, share options and bonus scheme for the right candidate. Final note We are building a team for the future and want those who stand out. 🏆 If you are someone who wants to move faster than everyone around you and is excited by ownership and responsibility as well as uses technology to outperform, not just complete tasks, then this is the environment for you.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
