GLOBAL INCIDENT GOVERNANCE MANAGER
Interim Assignment | Outside IR35 | Remote with Occasional Travel
August - September start 6 - 12 months assignment
Lead the development of a global incident governance framework.
We're delighted to be partnering exclusively with a large international B2C, multi-site organisation on a newly created interim appointment supporting a significant global governance transformation programme.
The organisation is looking for an experienced governance professional to design and implement a consistent global incident governance framework across multiple countries, creating a robust approach to investigations, reporting, escalation and assurance.
Given the international nature of this assignment, we're particularly interested in speaking with candidates who have successfully developed and implemented governance, investigations or incident management frameworks across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
This is a strategic role focused on designing governance rather than managing day-to-day operational incidents.

Key Requirements
- Experience operating within a large international organisation is essential.
- Demonstrable experience implementing governance or incident management frameworks across multiple countries and jurisdictions.
- Experience developing governance, investigations, reporting and assurance processes.
- Experience influencing senior stakeholders across international and matrix organisations.
- Strong understanding of governance, risk and organisational assurance.
- Experience leading enterprise-wide governance or transformation programmes.

Sector experience is less important than experience implementing governance frameworks within large international organisations. Safeguarding experience would be beneficial but is not essential.
