Global Influencer Lead
Fixed Term Contract for 1 year to cover maternity leave
Location: London, UK (Global Social Officina)
Reporting to: Global Head of Earned Media
Direct Reports: 1 FTE (Global Influencer & Creator Manager/Executive)

The Global Influencer Lead will be responsible for building and leading a world-class global influencer infrastructure, creating a connected network of creator talent, celebrities, ambassadors and affiliate partners across more than 100 markets. This role will establish the creative direction, strategy, governance, partnerships and operating model that enables our brands to identify, nurture and activate the right talent at global, regional and local levels - transforming influencer marketing from individual campaigns into a scalable, always-on capability.
Working from our London-based office in Farringdon you will build a creator ecosystem that powers our biggest launches, amplifies major cultural moments and delivers measurable earned, social and commercial impact across every brand in the Group.

What You’ll Own
Global Influencer Strategy
- Build and lead the global influencer strategy across all De’Longhi Group brands.
- Create a long-term creator ecosystem spanning celebrities, macro, mid-tier, micro creators, ambassadors and affiliates.
- Develop influencer strategies that support major product launches, cultural moments and always-on storytelling.
- Build annual creator roadmaps aligned with business priorities.
- Agency relationships and RFPs
- Global playbooks

- Measurement and reporting
- Lead and develop one direct report.
- Create clear ways of working, prioritisation and capability development while building a high-performing creator function.
- Develop robust measurement demonstrating commercial impact.

Experience
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Proven experience leading influencer marketing at global brand or agency level.
- Experience building international creator programmes across multiple markets.
- Strong understanding of creator economy trends.
- Experience working with celebrity talent.
- Proven agency management experience.
- Experience negotiating complex partnerships.
- Experience managing global budgets.
- Strong commercial and analytical capability.
- Experience with affiliate marketing and TikTok Shop.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Experience leading teams.

The location
This role is based at our newly established Social Media Hub in Farringdon, London. We operate a flexible hybrid working model, typically three days in the office and two at home. Regular travel to Italy is expected, with occasional additional international travel.
