Global Influencer Lead

Fixed Term Contract for 1 year to cover maternity leave

Location: London, UK (Global Social Officina)
Reporting to: Global Head of Earned Media
Direct Reports: 1 FTE (Global Influencer & Creator Manager/Executive)

Closing Date - 13th July 2026

About the Role

De’Longhi Group is building one of the world’s most culturally relevant home appliance brands by creating ideas, partnerships and content that people genuinely want to talk about.

The Global Influencer Lead will define and scale our global influencer and creator ecosystem across De’Longhi Group brands. This is not a traditional influencer marketing role. This is a leadership position responsible for building a global creator model that drives earned media, cultural relevance, social growth and commercial impact.

You will establish the global vision, operating model, governance and strategic partnerships that enable local markets to execute best-in-class creator marketing while ensuring our biggest campaigns become global cultural moments. This role sits within the Global Earned Media team based in the London Social Hub.

What You’ll Own

Global Influencer Strategy

  • Build and lead the global influencer strategy across all De’Longhi Group brands.
  • Create a long-term creator ecosystem spanning celebrities, macro, mid-tier, micro creators, ambassadors and affiliates.
  • Develop influencer strategies that support major product launches, cultural moments and always-on storytelling.
  • Build annual creator roadmaps aligned with business priorities.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
