Global Infrastructure & Networks Lead
Global Infrastructure & Network Leader
We’re looking for a Global Infrastructure & Network Leader to lead the delivery and evolution of core technology infrastructure across the organisation, ensuring secure, resilient, and high-performing services that enable business continuity and growth.
In this role, you’ll shape how infrastructure and network services are designed, delivered, and modernised, supporting the transition to scalable, cloud-based environments while maintaining operational stability.
You’ll play a critical role in leading a global team, working closely with business, technology, and security stakeholders to ensure infrastructure services align with organisational priorities and future demand.

Main Responsibilities
- Designing, modernising, and delivering infrastructure solutions across both legacy and cloud environments
- Defining and executing a roadmap for cloud and application migration, ensuring scalability, resilience, and cost-efficiency
- Overseeing secure, reliable infrastructure services that support global business operations
- Ensuring compliance with regulatory and security standards in all regions
- Collaborating with information security teams to align infrastructure and networking with evolving security needs
- Managing hybrid infrastructure environments for seamless integration and optimal performance across on-premise and cloud platforms
- Aligning infrastructure services with changing business demands in partnership with stakeholders
- Driving automation, monitoring, and best practices to enhance efficiency, reliability, and performance
- Managing vendor and third-party relationships to deliver services that are high-performing, innovative, and compliant
- Leading incident response and disaster recovery initiatives to ensure rapid recovery and robust business continuity
Our Ideal Candidate
You’re an experienced infrastructure leader with:
- A strong background in global IT operations, including hybrid and cloud environments
- Strategic thinking combined with hands-on operational expertise
- Direct experience ensuring infrastructure is scalable, secure, and aligned with business needs
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams and drive performance across complex environments
- Strong collaboration skills, bridging technology, security, and business teams to deliver resilient, future-ready solutions
