Global Infrastructure Manager – Onsite (Glasgow)
Here at Harvey Nash, we’re working with a leading Scottish organisation, a key player within its sector and with a strong global footprint, to recruit an experienced Global Infrastructure Manager.
This is a critical role within their transformation programme, offering the opportunity to shape the future of technology infrastructure across the organisation.
As Global Infrastructure Manager, you will:
- Manage a small but specialised global technology team
- Streamline processes and improve operational efficiency
- Support cloud technology adoption
- Work closely with business, technology, and security stakeholders
- Drive the design, delivery, and modernisation of secure, resilient, and high-performing infrastructure and network services
- Ensure alignment with organisational priorities, future demand, and continued business growth

Key Responsibilities
- Own infrastructure across legacy and cloud environments
- Lead cloud migration, modernisation, and transformation initiatives
- Deliver secure, resilient, and scalable infrastructure services
- Drive automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement
- Lead critical incident response, resilience, and business continuity
- Ensure strong stakeholder engagement across the organisation
- Manage key vendors and strategic technology partnerships

Requirements
We’re looking for candidates with:
- Proven experience leading global or multi-region infrastructure operations
- Strong knowledge of large-scale transformation programmes, including cloud migration and hybrid environments
- A strong technical background, enabling you to influence strategic decisions
- Willingness to "roll up your sleeves" and contribute hands-on when needed
