Global Integrated Supply Chain Finance Manager

Hexcel is currently seeking a Global Integrated Supply Chain Finance Manager for our Duxford, UK location.
The selected individual will be responsible for but not limited to the following obligations:
Provide primary financial support to the SVP–ISC on global operational finance matters and help define key financial priorities and objectives for the global ISC team. Partner with BU Finance VPs and Site Controllers to align and deliver ISC financial objectives. Act as a multi‑functional influencer across global sites, engaging effectively with cross‑functional stakeholders. Deliver financial analysis and advice to ISC leaders based on operational metrics and proactively address financial issues. Provide strong input into operational cost and challenges during Plan, LE, and STRAP processes. Develop and maintain financial tools and performance metrics for Actuals, LE, Plan, and STRAP, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Prepare and present ISC departmental spend reports including variance explanations and corrective action recommendations. Identify opportunities for operational and financial process improvements and support best‑practice standardisation. Work with operations, supply chain, and IT functions to support system implementations and optimise plant inventory levels. Provide financial analysis and support for major capital projects across sites.

Qualifications:
Professionally qualified accountant with a business degree or equivalent. Experience at Financial Controller level (or similar) within a global manufacturing environment. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to influence across a global matrix. Self‑motivated, reliable, and focused on timely and precise execution. Experience managing financial performance of single or multiple manufacturing plants and implementing best practices. Operational mindset with a track record of driving continuous improvement. Experience with U.S. financial reporting requirements, including SOX compliance. High proficiency in software tools including MS Office, D365, and Power BI. Ability to maintain confidentiality, work with discretion, and demonstrate strong organisational skills. Team management experience with the ability to lead and influence.
