Your Responsibilities (Depending on the Role)
You’ll play a vital role in building and scaling companies. Responsibilities may include—but are not limited to:
- Supporting our recruitment team (sourcing candidates, initial interviews)
- Nurturing key industry relationships with CEOs, entrepreneurs (e.g., Airbnb, Starbucks co-founders)
- Developing and managing marketing and social media strategies, including content creation
- Handling data analysis, from sourcing insights to presenting findings

What We Expect from You
We’re looking for ambitious, proactive individuals with the drive to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Ideal candidates should:
- Be near or eager to complete a bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic results.
- Bring a compelling work ethic, urgency, and a relentless growth mindset.
- Demonstrate taking initiative (via part-time work, extracurriculars, or past projects).
- Speak fluent English (spoken and written—this is an in-office role, so communication is key).
- Exhibit exceptional attention to detail.
- Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Commences: January 2024
- Work model: In-person Monday–Friday at our London office (Victoria Station). Remote work is not offered.
