Industry Exposure Includes:

Your Responsibilities (Depending on the Role)

You’ll play a vital role in building and scaling companies. Responsibilities may include—but are not limited to:

  • Supporting our recruitment team (sourcing candidates, initial interviews)
  • Nurturing key industry relationships with CEOs, entrepreneurs (e.g., Airbnb, Starbucks co-founders)
  • Developing and managing marketing and social media strategies, including content creation
  • Handling data analysis, from sourcing insights to presenting findings

What We Expect from You

We’re looking for ambitious, proactive individuals with the drive to thrive in a high-pressure environment. Ideal candidates should:

  • Be near or eager to complete a bachelor’s degree with outstanding academic results.
  • Bring a compelling work ethic, urgency, and a relentless growth mindset.
  • Demonstrate taking initiative (via part-time work, extracurriculars, or past projects).
  • Speak fluent English (spoken and written—this is an in-office role, so communication is key).
  • Exhibit exceptional attention to detail.
  • Showcase strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Starting Date | Location

  • Commences: January 2024
  • Work model: In-person Monday–Friday at our London office (Victoria Station). Remote work is not offered.
