Your Responsibilities

You’ll play a critical role in building and scaling companies based on your specific function. Potential responsibilities include:

  • Recruitment support:

    • Analysing candidate profiles
    • Conducting initial interviews with potential candidates
    • Building connections in the employer community
  • Networking & Partnerships:

    • Engaging with key industry players, such as CEOs, entrepreneurs, and founders (e.g., Airbnb, Starbucks co-founders)
    • Building and maintaining strategic relationships
  • Marketing & Social Media:

    • Developing and implementing social media & marketing strategies
    • Creating high-impact content for digital platforms
    • Analytics-driven campaign optimisation
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:

    • Extracting and interpreting relevant data sets
    • Translating insights into actionable strategies

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking ** brillante(actions)** with:

  • A bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) with outstanding academic results – currently studying or recently completed.
  • Previous part-time work experience or extensive extracurricular engagement
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English
  • A relentless drive to grow and excel
  • Excellent attention to detail in all tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Additionally, you should possess:

  • The ability to take ownership of your work, push yourself and the team to better results
  • A passion for business-building and high performance
  • Humility without losing ambition – courage to fail fast, learn fast and iterate

Key Details

  • Start Date: January 2024
  • Location: In-office (next to Victoria Station), Monday – Friday OR
  • No remote work is available at this time.
