The Global Investigations Manager conducts independent, detailed reviews of high-value, sensitive, and far-reaching issues. We are looking for a highly motivated colleague to join a dedicated, enthusiastic, and agile team as Global Investigations Manager taking on an exciting role in a global company.

Position

As a Global Investigations Manager, you will:

  • Lead complex and sensitive investigations (e.g. fraud, misconduct, policy breaches), ensuring objective fact-finding and balanced conclusions
  • Produce clear, well-structured investigation reports with strong evidence and practical recommendations
  • Work closely with Legal, Internal Audit, IT, People & Culture, and Finance to ensure effective and coordinated processes
  • Identify recurring issues and risk areas, and contribute to process improvements and prevention initiatives
  • Support capability building by sharing insights, providing guidance, and coaching less experienced investigators
  • Oversee case management end-to-end, including intake, assessment, prioritisation, and tracking of concerns raised through internal reporting mechanism
  • Review and challenge investigation outputs to ensure consistency, quality, and alignment with standards

Requirements

This position requires a high degree of sound business acumen, independent judgement, technical expertise and investigative experience.

  • University degree preferred
  • Six or more years of experience in conducting demanding and complex internal investigations
  • Experience in government service, such as law enforcement, civil service, or military an advantage
  • Global exposure in a multinational business will be a strong asset
  • Strong financial acumen and analytical ability to identify and assess exposure to loss, and to examine alternative risk control techniques
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, communicative, and cross-cultural sensitivity
  • Proven skills of communicating with senior management
  • Excellent English language report-writing and ability to be succinct and audience-specific. Additional language skills will be an asset

How we'll reward you

In return, we offer a competitive salary of £70,000 - 90,000 per annum dependent on experience and a car allowance of £7,800 per annum. We’ll also provide you with a comprehensive benefits package that’s flexible to suit you and your lifestyle including a discretionary 20% bonus scheme and money to spend on a range of flexible benefits from share schemes to discounted gym memberships.

It is important to us that you have a good work-life balance so to encourage this we offer flexible working, working from home and 26 days holiday per annum which you can buy and sell to suit your needs.
