SGS is seeking a Global Key Account Manager to develop strategic partnerships with global retail clients. You will manage complex projects, identify revenue opportunities, and act as the primary liaison at the Director and VP level.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement Global Key Account Development Plans.
  • Drive strategic growth and manage existing programs with the global network.
  • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure successful project deployment.
  • Investigate and resolve client concerns to mitigate risk.
  • Negotiate Global Master and Frame Agreements.

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development within service environments.
  • Proven background in new business acquisition and managing long-term partnerships.
  • Experience selling to multinational organizations.
  • Strong negotiation skills with Global Master Agreements.
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are an advantage.
