In this key role as Global L&D Program Manager, you will take on multiple responsibilities and make a tangible impact on our hyperscale global cloud business. Leveraging your expertise with a proven track record in program management within large-scale multinational organizations, you will lead program planning and development, foster collaboration with stakeholders and employees, analyze program success through metrics, review content, and oversee program execution for our Cloud Operations teams.
You will design customized learning solutions, facilitate engaging learning experiences, and collaborate with both internal and external partners. You bring a hands-on approach, actively contributing to the execution of business initiatives and driving successful implementation. You excel at designing learning approaches and upskilling that resonates with our Cloud Operations + Innovation learners. Additionally, you possess the confidence and communication skills to build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, identify emerging learning trends, and leverage coaching expertise to maximize impact. Experience in fast-moving global industries, including commercial environments, technology, professional services, or management consulting, is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive global L&D initiatives, overseeing program strategy, execution, change management, consulting, and facilitation.
- Drive program execution and curriculum development tailored to cloud operational needs.
- Design and implement programs that develop talent, enhance capabilities, and support organizational growth across global cloud operations.
- Identify organizational learning needs, secure resources, engage senior stakeholders, and prioritize initiatives to maximize impact.
- Leverage data-driven insights to assess trends, identify skill gaps, benchmark performance, and inform learning strategies.
- Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders and partners to understand and advocate for an always learning culture.

Why This Role is Unique
This role offers the chance to work in a matrix-driven global organization, gaining international experience while deepening your L&D and Consulting expertise. You will be part of a global team of colleagues with presence across APAC, EMEA, and AMER regions.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- Experience in a similar role in L&D consulting work, or management consulting (focused on L&D) with a proven track record of success in leading, managing high-priority workforce transformation and skilling programs and consulting work at a global scale for multinational companies, preferably in Technology/Datacenter with change management exposures.
- Knowledgeable in organizational learning culture domains including employee engagement and retention, organizational development.
Background Check Requirements:
- Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
- Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
Pay Information

Technical Training IC4 - Ireland: The typical base pay range for this role across Ireland is € 80,000.00 - € 136,400.00 per year. Certain roles may be eligible for benefits and other compensation.
