The Role: Lead Global Pro Artist
The Lead Global Pro Artist is the senior most artistry role within the Global Pro Team, setting and upholding artistry excellence across the business.
Reporting to the Global Pro Artist Manager (solid line) and Head of Artistry (dotted line), you will:
- Establish artistry standards and speak for expertise in key business decisions.
- Combine hands-on artistry with leadership, mentorship, and strategic guidance.
Key Responsibilities
Artistry Leadership
- Set and maintain the highest standards of artistry across the Global Pro Team.
- Serve as the team’s go-to expert, embodying excellence in execution.
- Lead by example—delivering flawless artistry at every touchpoint.
- Drive continuous improvement in techniques, standards, and team performance.

Team Development
- Coach, mentor, and invest in the growth of Global Pro Artists.
- Support onboarding and long-term development of new talent.
- Identify opportunities to elevate overall artistry capability.
- Provide constructive feedback to foster individual and team success.
Senior Artistry Opportunities
- Deliver artistry direction for high-priority campaigns, launches, and brand moments.
- Represent Charlotte Tilbury beauty at VIP events, industry engagements, and partnerships.
- Support Charlotte Tilbury at key appearances, shoots, and special requests.
- Be the trusted artistry lead for exclusive, high-visibility projects.
Product Development Partnership
- Bring artistry expertise to senior product discussions and meetings.
- Partner with Product Development teams from concept to launch.
- Contribute to selective senior team meetings involving Charlotte, Sofia, and key stakeholders.
- Ensure artistry considerations are integrated throughout product lifecycles.
Campaign Execution
- Deliver campaign briefs with precision and brand alignment.
- Support shoots, content creation, and launch activations across all channels.
Education & Standards
- Act as an artistry educator for internal and external audiences.
- Lead training initiatives for retail teams, markets, and education partners.
- Share knowledge and best practices across the business.
Wider Team Collaboration
- Own objectives that enhance the Pro Artistry team’s overall success.
- Support the Head of Artistry in building future talent.
- Advocate as a senior artistry voice within the function.
