Job Description
The Global Learning & Development Administrator will be part of the global learning & development function, supporting our company-wide learning initiatives and systems.
Reporting into the Global Talent & Development Manager, this role will be responsible for administering our global learning programmes including our ‘Licence to Lead’ people manager programme, undertaking the role of superuser for our Learning Management System and supporting the design and implementation of Learning modules as part of our new HR system.
Responsibilities
- Administration of global learning programmes
- Delivering a high-quality participant experience for employees participating in our programmes
- Liaising with external suppliers to agree programme schedules and delivery dates
- Liaising with regional HR teams to provide programme information and agree participant lists
- Providing timely programme communication and diary invites to participants
- Administering processing of setting up and gathering 360 feedback for programme participants
- Maintaining accurate and detailed programme records
- Production of quarterly programme and evaluation reports
- Supporting the communications of global L&D initiatives across the business

Administration of Learning Management System (LMS)
- Being a global super-user for our LMS (Saba)
- Managing the LMS mailbox to respond to employee queries
- Developing global e-learning courses where required and supporting others to develop content
- Support with the design and build of new functionality to enable administration of our global learning programmes through the LMS
- Managing content on the LMS including adding content, updating content, building access rules, managing audiences and building evaluations
- Staying up to date with latest developments for the system and understanding what/how to apply for our business
- Training new and existing regional HR colleagues on how to use the system
- Supporting the design, implementation and delivery of learning through a new HR system
- General support to the Global L&D Team
- Administering of annual ‘Chairman’s Group’ global talent initiative, bringing together around 20 global colleagues to meet with senior stakeholders and undertake a programme of activities to accelerate their development
- Supporting the team with other global initiatives such as quarterly engagement survey, performance and career review process, talent programmes and global welcome event as required
Qualifications
The ideal candidate for this role will have:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience of administering large scale learning programmes
- Experience of using an LMS system (ideally Saba and/or Workday, but this is not essential)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel
