Responsibilities

Learning Experience Design and Content Development

  • Support the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of learning content and resources across multiple learning programs.
  • Review, update, and manage learning materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, quality, and alignment with established standards.
  • Assist in transforming existing content (presentations, resources, tools, and knowledge assets) into engaging self-paced learning and performance support resources.
  • Curate and organise learning content from internal and external sources, ensuring resources are accessible, current, and relevant to learner needs.
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and exhibit a strong attention to detail across all learning materials and platforms.
  • Support pilot programs, collect learner feedback, and identify opportunities for content enhancements and improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors on the development, production, and deployment of learning resources.

Coordinating Learning Experience Projects and Ongoing Maintenance

  • Manage assigned projects, deliverables, and timelines to ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Maintain learning assets, resource libraries, and learning platforms, ensuring content is organised and up to date.
  • Track progress on content development activities and proactively communicate status, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
  • Support the execution of learning programs, campaigns, and learner engagement initiatives.

AI-Enabled Innovation in Learning

  • Leverage AI tools and emerging technologies to improve content development, content management, learner experiences, and team processes.
  • Experiment with and apply AI-powered solutions to increase efficiency, enhance learning resources, and support knowledge management.
  • Stay informed on emerging trends in learning technology, generative AI, and digital learning practices.
  • Contribute ideas and recommendations for improving learning experiences, workflows, and operational processes through technology.

Collaboration and Stakeholder Support

  • Partner with learning teams, subject matter experts, and stakeholders to understand learning requirements and support content development efforts.
  • Provide coordination and administrative support across learning initiatives and projects.
  • Assist with communications, learner outreach, and promotional activities to drive awareness and engagement with learning programs.
  • Collaborate with global teams to support the successful delivery of learning and capability-building initiatives.

Requirements

What You'll Do Best

  • Experience in developing and managing digital learning content, including virtual learning experiences, visual/graphic design, interactive documents, and multimedia resources.
  • Strong proficiency in AI tools and technologies, including generative AI applications for content creation, research, productivity, and learning experience enhancement.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, with a focus on high quality, visually appealing deliverables, and stringent content, accuracy, and consistency.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills to manage multiple priorities, coordinate stakeholders, and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with global, virtual, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Proficient in digital learning technologies, content management systems, and collaboration platforms.
  • Strong visual design sensibility, including awareness of current design trends for optimum learner engagement.
  • Self-motivated, curious, and adaptable, with a drive to learn new technologies and drive improvements in ways of working.
  • High level of professionalism and integrity to manage sensitive and confidential information appropriately.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, ideally related to adult learning.
  • 2–4+ years of professional experience within a service-oriented company.
  • Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to adopt new frameworks and concepts quickly.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages may be requested depending on location.

Organizational Fit

You’ll work closely with **Boston Consulting Group`'s **Learning & Development (L&D) function for their Global Specialty Businesses (GSB), responsible for orchestrating learning activities across global businesses and the Practice Areas’ management and operations teams. Collaborating with PAs, product and data businesses, the People Team, and other BCG departments, this function designs and implements world-class, high-impact learning opportunities. Previous initiatives from the department have successfully supported the firm’s capability-building and transformation across global specialties.
