What You'll Do
As a Learning Experience Designer, you’ll take a central role in collaborating with BCG’s global Learning & Development (L&D) team to design and deliver world-class learning programs and digital resources. Your focus will be on transforming how we engage learners through innovative, technology-driven solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Learning Experience Design & Content Development
- Support the development, maintenance, and enhancement of learning content and resources across multiple learning programs.
- Review, update, and manage learning materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with standards.
- Convert traditional assets (presentations, visual tools, knowledge bases) into engaging self-paced digital learning and performance support resources.
- Curate and organize content from both internal and external sources, ensuring accessibility, relevance, and currency for learners.
- Conduct quality assurance reviews to uphold high standards in all learning outputs.
- Drive iterative improvements by conducting pilot tests and gathering learner feedback.
- Assess and implement AI tools and emerging technologies to elevate content development, learner engagement, and operational efficiency.
- Stay abreast of latest trends in learning technology, generative AI, and digital learning—contributing insights to enhance workflows.

Project & Platform Management
- Oversee assigned learning projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining high quality.
- Maintain and update library resources and digital platforms to ensure accessibility and scalability.
- Track project progress and proactively update stakeholders on risks, dependencies, and milestones.
- Collaborate on the execution of learning campaigns and engagement initiatives.
Stakeholder Collaboration
- Work with L&D teams, subject matter experts (SMEs), and global leadership to chart learning needs.
- Provide coordination and administrative support to projects across pressing priorites.
- Support outreach, promotion, and learner engagement, driving adoption of BCG’s learning solutions.
- Facilitate smooth collaboration with internal teams and external vendors for development and deployment.
You’re Good At
We’re looking for a creative problem-solver who thrives at the intersection of technology and human-centred learning:
- Digital learning expertise—designing virtual learning experiences, instructional graphics, interactive documents, and multimedia assets.
- Proficient use of AI tools (e.g., generative AI, research, automation).
- Visual design sensibilities—attention to detail, modern trends, and learner engagement.
- Robust project management skills, balancing deadlines, coordination, and stakeholder expectations.
- Strong communication skills for refining ideas globally across virtual teams.
- Experience with content management systems, collaboration platforms, and learning technologies.
- Self-motivated and adaptable, with an innate curiosity for emerging technologies and pedagogical innovations.
- Ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with utmost discretion.

What You’ll Bring
- A bachelor’s degree, ideally in adult education, instructional design, learning technologies, or related fields.
- 2–4+ years of experience in learning and development, particularly in service-oriented consultancies, technology, or education.
- Ability to analyze challenges, propose solutions, and rapidly adopt new frameworks or concepts.
- Proficiency in English and the ability to work within local office time zones (additional language skills considered).

- Practice Areas (PAs), operations teams, and global knowledge networks.
- Collaborations with People Team, product/data units, and other internal BCG groups.
