Global Leasing Coordinator
This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Global Leasing Coordinator based in United Kingdom.
This role sits at the center of global property and lease operations, ensuring that short-term housing inventory is accurately managed, financially reconciled, and consistently aligned with partner agreements. You will play a key part in coordinating third-party leases, supporting vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth execution across lease renewals, extensions, and property transitions. The position requires strong attention to detail, operational discipline, and the ability to manage multiple moving parts in a fast-paced, service-driven environment. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as accounting, sourcing, and guest operations to maintain seamless lease lifecycle management. This is a highly coordinated role where accuracy, communication, and problem-solving directly impact both financial performance and guest experience. You will also contribute to maintaining reliable systems and data integrity across platforms such as Salesforce.
Accountabilities
- Manage and execute third-party apartment leases, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and alignment with internal standards and business objectives.
- Coordinate lease renewals, extensions, early departures, move-outs, and related property lifecycle activities across global inventory.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for landlords, vendors, and property partners regarding lease terms, rent, and security deposits.
- Maintain and update lease records, apartment inventory, and related documentation within internal systems such as Salesforce.
- Partner with accounting teams to support rent payments, financial reconciliations, and lease-related financial tracking.
- Ensure proper management of Certificates of Insurance and coordinate with external insurance providers when required.
- Support reporting, data accuracy, and cross-functional coordination across operational and financial workflows.

Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in property management, lease administration, real estate operations, or a related coordination role.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience working with landlords, vendors, or property partners, including communication and negotiation of lease-related matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook; Salesforce experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, especially when managing financial and lease data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative and service-oriented mindset.
