About The Role

This is a unique opportunity to take ownership of Merlin's global outsourced entertainment and events partnership with RWS, ensuring world-class live experiences are designed, built and delivered across our attractions and resorts around the globe.

Acting as the single global owner of the partnership, you'll drive strategic alignment, operational excellence, governance, commercial performance and continuous improvement across a complex and high-profile portfolio of entertainment experiences.

You'll work at the centre of our business, bringing together teams across Growth, Creative, Operations, Finance and Local Sites to ensure every project delivers exceptional guest experiences while maximising value and performance.

The role will work closely and align with F&B and Food Games and Photos to ensure we build out an end-to-end event experience through RWS. You'll be required to work partner closely with the Procurement team.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
