🚀Are you ready to take ownership of a global logistics function and play a pivotal role in delivering world-class projects across international markets?

As our Global Logistics Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our technologies reach customers across the globe efficiently, cost-effectively and on time.

This is more than a logistics leadership role; it's an opportunity to be at the heart of a growing international business, leading a global logistics function that directly impacts project delivery, customer satisfaction and business performance. You'll take ownership of the global logistics strategy, leading a high-performing team responsible for despatch operations across multiple regions. From capacity planning, customs compliance and freight optimisation to risk mitigation and supplier performance, you'll drive excellence throughout the entire logistics process.

Working closely with Sales, Projects, Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams, you'll influence key business decisions, solve complex global challenges and build strong partnerships with logistics providers worldwide.

What You'll Do

  • Lead CDE's global logistics and despatch operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, in full and within budget.
  • Develop and execute a global logistics strategy that supports business growth and operational excellence.
  • Manage logistics performance, costs, customs compliance and supplier relationships across international markets.
  • Partner with Sales, Projects and Operations teams to identify risks, optimise delivery schedules and support project success.
  • Lead, develop and inspire a high-performing logistics team, driving continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What We're Looking For

  • Degree-qualified (or equivalent) with 5+ years' experience in a senior logistics management role.
  • Proven success leading and developing high-performing logistics teams.
  • Strong experience delivering logistics strategies, driving operational excellence and implementing best practice.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and negotiation skills.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel internationally as required.
