Job Description

Location: C D E Group Ltd, H1, Kilcronagh Business Park

Join CDE, a global leader in wet processing solutions, and play a pivotal role in our mission: To create our best world, a ton at a time. We are at the forefront of transforming waste into valuable resources, laying the foundations for a circular economy and helping customers maximise their natural resources sustainably. With a 30-year history of success and over 2,000 projects across five continents, our impact is truly global.

As our Global Logistics Manager, you will be central to this mission. You will lead and develop our entire global logistics function, ensuring the effective, compliant, and cost-efficient movement of materials, equipment, and project shipments across international markets. This is a highly strategic role where you will work cross-functionally to build a robust, scalable, and customer-focused logistics operation that underpins our operational and strategic goals.

We are a multi-award-winning company, recognised as a Deloitte Best Managed Company for thirteen consecutive years. This is your chance to join an innovative, fast-paced team and make a tangible impact on a global scale.

About The Role

As the Global Logistics Manager, your day-to-day will be dynamic and strategic. You will lead the logistics team, providing oversight for all despatch activities and ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. A key part of your role will be developing and executing the global logistics strategy, from capacity planning and risk mitigation to managing customs compliance across international markets. You'll work closely with sales and project teams, providing expert advice and building strong relationships with third-party providers.

This role offers significant growth opportunities, allowing you to shape and scale the logistics function of a rapidly expanding global business. You'll drive continuous improvement, implement best practices, and develop your team's capabilities. What makes this position truly interesting is its global scope, the direct impact on the company's success, and the chance to contribute to a sustainable future by supporting the circular economy.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
