Global Market Access Director
Global Market Access Expert – Scientific Strategy & Influencing
Excited to advertise on behalf of an innovative pharmaceutical company, this position offers the opportunity for career growth and to foster a real impact for patients.
You will be optimising market access and pricing across global markets, working cross-functionally to shape reimbursement strategies that enable patient access. Responsibilities include leading and mentoring staff, managing client relationships, and engaging in business development.

Responsibilities (Include)
- Manage client relationships and facilitate client presentations.
- Lead with innovative solutions to reimbursement and pricing barriers.
- Manage and develop staff to their fullest potential.
- Engage with key stakeholders globally.
- Provide country-specific, tailored market access strategies.
Requirements (Include)

- A master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
- 10+ years’ experience at pharmaceutical companies, health technology assessment agencies, or consultancy companies within a multinational context.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Experience in developing market access strategies globally.
- Experience handling uncertainty.
Location & Contract
- London-based, with remote flexibility.
- Salary: TBC.
