To expand our global success, we’re looking for a Global Market Support Manager who loves enabling sales teams, telling powerful product stories, and turning complex technology into clear customer value. This is not an internal support function — it's a global impact role that shapes how our products are sold, positioned, and adopted across markets. Responsibilities / Tasks Sales & Market Support Proactively plan, coordinate, and execute activities to support regional and country (R&C) sales organizations with the required technical, commercial, and organizational support. Ensure global sales teams, dealers, and partners have the necessary tools, arguments, and product knowledge to successfully sell Cow Monitoring solutions. Drive global sales enablement initiatives to support order intake and achieve regional and global sales goals. Align regularly with R&Cs via calls, online sessions, or face‑to‑face meetings to guarantee consistent communication and teamwork. Represent GEA and the Digital Solutions portfolio in customer-facing environments such as farm visits, dealer events, and trade shows. Training & Capability Building Develop, provide, and deliver global sales and product training concepts for R&Cs and dealers. Ensure all sales channels have the right capabilities, value‑selling skills, and product argumentation. Plan, organize, and conduct recurring sales trainings (on‑site or online), ensuring all markets receive timely and comprehensive information. Communicate product releases, positioning, functionality, and updates clearly and consistently to all markets and down to dealer level. Market Presence & Events Prepare and deliver internal and external presentations to farmers, dealers, subsidiaries, and partner organizations. Plan and organize local and international events, demonstrations, and promotional activities. Conduct frequent overseas travel to support local teams, build relationships, and ensure consistent execution of the global sales strategy Your Profile / Qualifications Your Profile / Qualifications Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Dairy Technology, Animal Science, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong affinity for agricultural technology, digital solutions, and data-driven farm management. Proven experience in sales support, product support, or technical-commercial roles, preferably in an international environment. Confident communicator comfortable presenting to customers, dealers, and internal stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work effectively across cultures, time zones, and global teams.
