This is a brilliant opportunity for an early-career marketer to get hands-on across every part of a fast-growing masstige beauty brand.

You'll support the brand marketing team day to day, supporting launches, campaigns and content to life across DTC and retail, and learning the full marketing mix. It suits someone organized, proactive, creative, and genuinely passionate about beauty, who wants real ownership of their own projects and operates like a brand builder.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Brand & Product

  • Be across and act as a support for product development plans - defining concept, positioning, target consumer, target claims, hero ingredients, and packaging direction.
  • Support the translation of clinical and scientific substantiation into accessible, desirable consumer benefits and brand storytelling.
  • Support with annual brand marketing plans aligned to commercial objectives, growth targets, and category ambitions.
  • Pull together market, category and competitor tracking, turning research into clear insights that inform the team's positioning decisions.
  • Help uphold TYPEBEA's brand identity; tone of voice, visual world and brand codes, championing consistency across every consumer touchpoint and market in day-to-day execution.

Go-to-Market & Campaign Execution

  • Support the planning and execution of go-to-market plans for launches across DTC and retail, coordinating with creative, digital/performance and comms/marketing teams and external partners.
  • Run weekly and monthly marketing reporting and ad-hoc campaign analysis - sharing results, tracking and learnings to drive optimization and performance.

Multi-Market & Retail

  • Partner with market leads and retail partners (e.g. Sephora, Douglas) to localize brand activity.
  • Support where required with retailer-specific brand training, in-store eventing, content creation and support and ongoing communication to fulfil retailer requests / needs.

Marketing & Communications

Content: contribute to content planning, creation, output and editing across owned and paid media channels. Influencer & affiliate: partner with the influencer and affiliate team / agency to support seeding, gifting and creator campaigns. Events & community: support brand events, activations and community moments end to end. Partnerships: support brand partnerships and collaborations, including coordination and day-to-day administration. Comms: Act as key support for market PR and communications agency partners, helping drive results across media, talent, partnerships, awards and UGC. Founder Comms: Support with Founder-led communications and requirements.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2-3 years' brand marketing experience, ideally within beauty, personal care, wellness or another premium/FMCG category.
  • Strong working knowledge of social platforms (Instagram, TikTok), with an understanding of creator culture and emerging formats.
  • Confident and comfortable being on camera
  • Highly organised, proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
  • Passionate about beauty, haircare and cultural trends
  • Experience working with founders, creators or talent is a plus
  • Energised by adoption of AI to improve practices and growth.
