We’re looking for a driven and detail-oriented Global Marketing Executive to join our Brand & Marketing team. This role plays a critical part in delivering integrated marketing campaigns across the UK, Ireland, and international markets, supporting a diverse product portfolio and member base.

As our Global Marketing Executive, you will work across multiple segments, markets, and product lines, providing flexible marketing expertise where it’s needed most. You’ll contribute to the end-to-end delivery of campaigns, from planning through to execution and optimisation, ensuring all activity is aligned, insight-led, and delivers measurable impact.

This is an excellent opportunity for a marketer who enjoys both strategic thinking and hands-on delivery, and who is keen to gain exposure to global marketing operations.

As our new Marketing Executive, you will also:

  • Deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and experiential channels, ensuring high-quality execution aligned to strategy.
  • Translate marketing strategy into actionable campaign plans that support segment and market objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including timelines, creative approvals, asset coordination, and deployment.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure seamless campaign delivery, providing visibility of campaign objectives, outputs and progress against targets through verbal and written presentations.
  • Localise global marketing assets to ensure cultural relevance, compliance, and brand consistency across different markets.
  • Monitor, analyse, and optimise campaign performance using key metrics such as CPA, ROMI, engagement, and conversion.
  • Track budgets and campaign spend, ensuring cost efficiency while identifying opportunities to improve ROI.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Who We Are

Medical Protection Society (MPS) is the world’s leading protection organisation for Doctors, Dentists and healthcare professionals. We protect and support the professional interests of almost 300,000 Members around the world.

We are a not-for-profit organisation, meaning our Members’ premiums are kept safe should our Members require support for complaints or claims arising from professional practice, or invested into bettering the organisation, our colleagues and our products.

Our philosophy is to support safe practice in medicine and dentistry by helping to avert problems in the first place. We also actively campaign for regulatory and legal reforms that benefit Members and the wider healthcare professions.

To do this, we need colleagues who are trusted and supported to deliver their best work, whether that be through leadership development, fully-funded training courses or peer-to-peer support. We want our colleagues to feel empowered enough to deliver positive change, display ambition to push themselves and are determined when faced with a challenge, whilst ensuring our Member’s best interests are at the core.
