Global Marketing Leader – Reverse Osmosis (RO)
DuPont Water Solutions is seeking a Global Marketing Leader – Reverse Osmosis (RO) to define and drive the global growth strategy for one of the most important and dynamic businesses within our portfolio.
This leadership role owns the global marketing agenda for Reverse Osmosis across industrial water and wastewater, municipal water and wastewater, desalination, and drinking water markets. Reporting to the Global Marketing Director, the successful candidate will lead strategy development, portfolio direction, innovation, channel excellence, go-to-market effectiveness, and commercial execution across all regions.
As the RO market becomes increasingly scale-driven and competitive, success will require creating differentiation beyond membrane technology itself. This leader will identify new sources of value through lifecycle offerings, digital solutions, commercial models, service programs, channel development, and customer-centric innovation.

Key Impact Areas
Strategic Growth Leadership
- Define and execute global market-back growth strategies across key RO segments.
- Identify where to defend market share, accelerate growth, preimmunize offerings, or compete through scale and cost leadership.
- Translate strategy into actionable regional growth plans and commercial priorities.
Innovation & Portfolio Leadership
- Drive profitable growth through both product innovation and innovation beyond products.
- Shape the global RO portfolio roadmap, including Good-Better-Best strategies and differentiated value propositions.
- Lead the commercialization of new products, services, digital tools, warranties, and lifecycle solutions.
Channel & Go-to-Market Excellence
- Establish the global channel architecture across OEMs, EPCs, distributors, consultants, service partners, and end users.
- Drive channel effectiveness, partner development, customer engagement, and demand generation programs.
- Enhance market access through innovative and scalable go-to-market models.
Marketing Leadership & Organizational Effectiveness
- Lead and develop a global network of Global Segment Managers and Regional Marketing Managers.
- Create a strong operating rhythm that aligns global strategy with regional execution.
- Build strong partnerships with Sales, TS&D, Product Management, Pricing, Strategy, MarCom, and R&D teams.

Commercial Performance & Business Results
- Monitor revenue growth, market share, margin performance, innovation impact, and pipeline health.
- Develop KPI frameworks and performance dashboards that connect strategy to execution.
- Drive disciplined pricing, value capture, and portfolio optimization decisions.
What You'll Bring
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Science, or a related field.
- Extensive experience in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, or a related commercial leadership function.
- Demonstrated success leading through influence in complex, matrixed organizations.
- Strong strategic thinking and commercial problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
- Experience leading teams and developing talent across regions.
- Strong project management and execution capabilities.
- Willingness to travel up to 30%.
Preferred Qualifications
- MBA and/or advanced technical degree.
- Experience working across multiple industries, regions, and cultures.
- Strong business and financial acumen with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Experience in industrial, water technology, filtration, infrastructure, chemicals, or adjacent B2B industries.
