Global Marketing Manager – High-Growth B2B Tech

London - up to £120,000 basic salary

An international infrastructure and connectivity business is looking for a Global Marketing Manager to own and elevate its marketing across multiple high-growth, data-intensive sectors.

The company delivers mission-critical network, cloud, colocation and managed infrastructure solutions to global clients, with a strong footprint in demanding environments such as financial services and other latency-sensitive industries.

You’ll be the driving force behind how the business shows up in the market: defining the story, sharpening the product narrative, building a modern demand engine and turning AI into a real competitive advantage in marketing.

What you’ll be doing

  • Own product marketing and positioning across a portfolio of infrastructure, connectivity and cloud-related solutions serving data-intensive sectors.
  • Translate complex technical offerings into clear, compelling messaging, value propositions and sales enablement that help commercial teams win.
  • Lead growth marketing across outbound (email, LinkedIn, partners) and inbound (content, SEO, automation), using AI tools to scale and personalise campaigns.
  • Take charge of website strategy, performance and UX in partnership with external agencies, including analytics and conversion optimisation.
  • Build and run a content engine: blog posts, whitepapers, case studies and thought leadership that position the business as a go-to expert for data-intensive organisations.
  • Plan and activate industry events, trade shows, webinars and sponsorships to maximise brand visibility and pipeline.
  • Design and deliver go-to-market plans for new solutions, verticals and geographies, closely aligned with sales objectives and growth targets.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
