Role

BSO is a global infrastructure and connectivity provider delivering high-performance, low-latency network solutions, cloud services, colocation and managed infrastructure to data-intensive businesses worldwide. We serve demanding verticals including Finance (Capital markets, TradFI, Crypto trading), Media/Technology, Manufacturing, AI etc. Broadly speaking, we serve any data intensive global organization. As marketing manager, you will own the full marketing strategy and execution. You will translate our complex technical offerings into clear, compelling and disruptive value propositions while building a modern, AI-powered marketing machine.

Responsibilities

Product Marketing & Positioning

  • Deeply understand our solutions across all verticals.
  • Extract the core essence of our offers and craft powerful Unique Selling Propositions (USPs).
  • Develop disruptive, differentiated messaging and positioning that makes BSO stand out.
  • Create buyer personas, value propositions, battle cards and sales enablement materials.

Growth Marketing

  • Lead outbound marketing campaigns (email and LinkedIn) through partners and in-house execution. Heavily use AI tools and AI agents to optimize outbound processes, personalization and performance.
  • Drive strong inbound marketing through content, SEO, automation and AI-powered tools.
  • Manage marketing partnerships efficiently.

Digital Marketing

  • Own the company website strategy, performance and user experience (in collaboration with our agency partner).
  • Oversee content production including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies and thought leadership.
  • Manage SEO, analytics and conversion optimization.

Events

  • Plan and execute participation in key industry events, trade shows, webinars and sponsorships.
  • Maximize lead generation and brand visibility through events.

Go-To-Market Strategy

  • Develop and own annual Go-To-Market plans for new solutions, verticals or geographies.
  • Align marketing initiatives with sales objectives and business goals.
  • Track and report on marketing performance and ROI.

Skills & Qualifications

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3-4 years in a senior role (B2B tech, infrastructure, telecom or SaaS preferred)
  • Degree in Marketing or similar mandatory
  • Experience at Marketing Tech and Financial Services Product and Services
  • Experience of collaboration with commercial teams and working with partners and clients
  • Strong Product Marketing skills - ability to simplify complex technical offers into disruptive messaging
  • Modern approach of AI and tools to automate marketing strategy
  • Solid experience in Growth Marketing (outbound + inbound) with heavy use of AI tools
  • Hands-on digital marketing expertise (website, content strategy, SEO)
  • Excellent writing and storytelling skills in English
