Global Marketing Manager – Demand Generation & ABM Recruly

We are high-growth in an explosive industry and are looking for our next Demand Generation Campaigns Manager to drive engagement, conversion, and pipeline within our future customer base.


About the Role

We're searching for a Global Marketing Manager with 3-5 years of experience to:

  • Drive integrated demand generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns across global markets, with a primary focus on AMER and support for EMEA.
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, demand generation, partner, and product marketing teams.
  • Execute multi-channel programs that generate pipeline, accelerate deals, and strengthen Recurly's global presence.

Key Responsibilities

📌 Campaign Management

  • Build and execute integrated, multi-channel marketing campaigns targeting market segments and personas to drive leads, Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), and pipeline creation.
  • Accelerate campaign development using AI tools for:
    • Content creation and copy iteration
    • Audience segmentation
    • Launch readiness
    • Reducing time-to-market while maintaining quality.
  • Monitor, measure, and optimize campaigns using KPIs and data-driven insights, leveraging AI-powered analytics for:
    • Trend identification
    • Optimization opportunities
    • Faster, more actionable reporting.
  • Align campaigns with in-person events, partnering with the events team, and present clear performance recaps to stakeholders.
  • Partner with content, partner marketing, product marketing, sales, and customer success (CS) teams to:
    • Coordinate campaign deliverables and outreach.
    • Maintain alignment from kickoff through deal close.
  • Develop and maintain compelling customer journeys across:
    • Email, social, and web channels.
    • Content syndication.
    • Third-party webinars.
    • Additional engagement vehicles.
  • Map content story arcs to target personas, orchestrating tactics, assets, and messaging aligned with buying stages.
  • Ensure leads are captured accurately in Salesforce and Marketo with the MOps (Marketing Operations) and RevOps (Revenue Operations) teams. Forecast, track, and report on results against goals.

🏷️ ABM Execution

  • Design and run full-funnel ABM campaigns using:

    • Email
    • Paid ads
    • Outbound efforts
    • Intent data-driven engagement strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop account-specific marketing plans that accelerate deal velocity.

  • Support EMEA regional marketing needs by tailoring messaging and programs for local buyer personas and market nuances.

🪜 Events

  • EMEA Event Lead: Own execution, including:
    • Trade shows, conferences, dinners, and webinars.
    • Vendor coordination.
    • Booth operations and attendee experience.
    • Post-event follow-up.
  • Support AMER events with execution as needed, ensuring alignment with broader campaign strategy.
  • Integrate event activities into overall campaign strategy to maximize pipeline impact before, during, and after events.

💰 Budget and Operations

  • Manage campaign and event budgets, vendor relationships, and timelines to ensure cost-effective and on-schedule execution.
  • Proactively engage stakeholders to gain buy-in and keep projects on track.

What You Bring

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2B Demand Generation, Campaign Management, or Field Marketing, preferably within SaaS, FinTech, or Subscription Management. Agency experience is a plus.
  • A proven track record in executing:
    • Integrated Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
    • Multi-channel demand programs that yield measurable pipeline impact.
  • Experience in managing event logistics across multiple regions.
  • Experience using AI tools to:
    • Accelerate campaign production.
    • Analyze performance.
    • Streamline reporting workflows (e.g., Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT).
  • Ability to partner with sales teams to develop marketing plans aligned with revenue goals.
  • Global-market familiarity to adapt campaigns for US and EMEA audiences.
  • Proficiency in:
    • Marketing automation tools (Marketo, Salesforce).
    • Account targeting platforms (6sense, Demandbase).
  • Strong project management skills to handle:
    • Multiple simultaneous campaigns and events.
    • Fast-paced environments.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills, including the ability to present results to stakeholders.
  • Data-driven mindset to:
    • Forecast campaign results.
    • Track performance.
    • Generate actionable reports.
