Global Marketing Manager - Volunteer
The Global Marketing Manager develops and implements a plan to bolster communications efforts, focusing on raising IYF’s profile, producing and coordinating partner and donor-related communications with the other DPI teams.

Experience and results in marketing, developing and implementing branding and marketing campaigns, applying creative communications approaches, external partnerships, public relations or another relevant field.
Experience within an NGO, INGO, IGO, charity, government, international development, or youth empowerment organisation is ideal.

Overview
The IYF Department of Global Marketing (DGM) works to improve the organization position and promote our vision, mission, knowledge, communication, and outreach objectives, across global audiences. DGM advises the IYF Executive Office, Executive Board and senior leaders, giving guidance, perspective and ideas in marketing affairs that will assist the IYF to continue to generate, enable and grow long-term revenue streams for the organization. The Global Marketing Manager develops and implements a plan to bolster communications efforts across the organization, focusing on raising IYF’s profile and producing and coordinating partner- and donor-related communications with DPI teams. They are responsible for a team providing corporate communications support services and strategic outreach, including IYF branding and marketing through the promotion of public information, marketing, advertising and awareness-raising through global campaigns.

Conceptualize and implement a global strategy for outreach and positioning of IYF - developing, coordinating, and generating external partnerships and support for branding and marketing campaigns with multiple audiences Strengthen outreach to donors and other partners through strategic products and services in collaboration with BER/NAC/BGPS, and other DPI units Leads, manages and motivates Global Marketing team, overseeing personnel in the recruitment, performance and career management processes Oversee the provision of marketing advisory services for writing/editing, translation, and dissemination of multilingual communications tools Support resource mobilization efforts for emerging initiatives across the organization Increase IYF’s multilingual presence through translation services in all IYF languages Develop multilingual tools, templates and guidelines for corporate communications products and ensure visual coherence of the IYF brand Update, maintain and enhance marketing of the IYF marketing and partnerships toolkit Provide marketing strategies tailored to specific projects, activities and programmes
