Role Overview
JOB DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Projects Specialist plays a critical role in the execution, optimization, and scaling of global marketing initiatives within the Demand Programs function. This role combines program management excellence, cross-functional coordination, and performance-driven execution, with a primary focus on high-impact strategic initiatives; most notably the global Data Center Dynamics (DCD) program.
Acting as both an execution lead and operational integrator, the role ensures that global demand programs are delivered effectively, aligned with company priorities, and continuously improved based on performance insights.
In close partnership with the Global Demand Programs Manager, this position contributes to the successful deployment, governance, and evolution of global demand campaigns, while enabling internal stakeholders with structure, visibility, and best practices.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Program Management – DCD Global Program (Primary Focus)
- Own the end-to-end operational execution and continuous improvement of the global DCD program as a flagship demand generation initiative
- Act as the primary interface with DCD, ensuring alignment on deliverables, timelines, content strategy, and performance expectations
- Translate program objectives into clear execution plans, coordinating internal stakeholders across content, digital, field, and performance marketing
- Ensure quality, consistency, and timeliness of all program outputs (content, leads, reporting, etc.)
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance program impact, including new formats, content angles, audience targeting, and activation strategies
- Establish and maintain clear reporting frameworks, tracking performance against defined KPIs and business outcomes
- Drive regular business reviews with stakeholders, providing insights and recommendations for optimization
Demand Campaigns Execution & Enablement
- Support the deployment and operationalization of global demand campaigns in alignment with the Global Demand Programs Manager
- Act as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that program frameworks translate into actionable tactics and assets
- Coordinate the development, production, and distribution of campaign assets and tactics, ensuring readiness for global and regional use
- Contribute to the standardization and scalability of demand campaigns, ensuring consistency across regions and teams
- Align closely with the demand activation team and regional teams for campaign execution and localization
- Enable internal stakeholders (Field, Performance, Regional teams) by ensuring clarity, accessibility, and usability of program materials
- Participate actively in the evolution of demand campaigns, contributing insights from execution and field feedback

Performance Tracking, Reporting & Optimization
- Develop and maintain structured tracking and reporting mechanisms for key programs (with a strong focus on DCD)
- Consolidate data across stakeholders to provide clear visibility on campaign and program performance, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Analyze results to identify gaps, opportunities, and actionable improvements
- Partner with the Demand Programs Manager and Performance Marketing to optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights
- Ensure consistent reporting cadence and alignment with broader marketing performance frameworks
Cross-Functional Coordination & Stakeholder Management
- Coordinate across Marketing Strategy, Portfolio, Brand, Performance, Field Marketing, and external partners to ensure seamless execution
- Drive alignment and accountability across stakeholders through structured communication and follow-ups
- Anticipate dependencies and proactively resolve operational bottlenecks or risks
- Act as a central point of contact for assigned programs, ensuring clarity and continuity
Internal Communication & Knowledge Management (COE Support)
- Own and evolve the internal communication framework for the Field & Integrated Marketing COE (e.g., VERN or equivalent platforms)
- Ensure all demand programs and campaigns and key initiatives are well-documented, structured, and easily accessible
- Maintain a centralized repository of assets, templates, and best practices
- Contribute to building a culture of transparency, knowledge sharing, and operational excellence
Experience
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- 3–5 years of experience in marketing, campaign execution, or program management (B2B or technology environment preferred)
- Experience supporting or managing multi-channel marketing programs with global or regional scope
- Exposure to lead generation, content programs, or media partnerships (e.g., DCD-type programs is a plus)
- Experience in project management and continuous improvement initiatives
